GCC Jaguar Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy
At DK Distributing, we are committed to providing quality products and supporting our customers before and after purchase. Due to the professional nature of our equipment and specialty products, return and warranty procedures may vary by product type and manufacturer requirements.
All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims require prior approval from DK Distributing before any product is shipped back.
Standard Product Returns
Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused, resalable condition.
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by DK Distributing.
Products that have been used, installed, altered, damaged, or are not returned in original condition may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
GCC Jaguar Plotter Returns & Warranty
GCC Jaguar plotters are professional equipment and are supported through GCC manufacturer warranty guidelines.
Because of the specialized nature of professional cutting equipment, GCC Jaguar plotters are not eligible for standard returns after use or installation. Any return, exchange, or replacement request must be approved by DK Distributing and handled according to GCC requirements.
GCC Jaguar V plotters include a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty support may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair service, or equipment exchange as determined by GCC and its authorized warranty process.
GCC may provide a swap/exchange service for eligible Jaguar V plotters within 60 days of the original invoice date. This 60-day period applies only to approved swap/exchange services and does not represent a 60-day money-back guarantee or standard return period.
Approved equipment returns or exchanges may be subject to inspection, a 15% restocking fee, charges for missing parts or accessories, and applicable round-trip freight costs.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or is believed to have a manufacturer defect, customers must contact DK Distributing promptly for assistance.
DK Distributing will work with the customer and manufacturer to determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the product and manufacturer requirements, resolution may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, exchange, or other approved remedies.
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturer defects only and does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, neglect, normal wear, or improper handling.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refund amounts may be reduced by applicable restocking fees, shipping costs, missing components, or damage.
Warranty claims are handled according to the applicable manufacturer warranty terms and may not qualify for a standard refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for approved returns, damaged shipments, or warranty-related issues depending on product availability and manufacturer requirements.
Customers must contact DK Distributing before returning any product.
